It enables the user to add, change and delete contacts from teh normal and fixed sialling areas of the SIM card. The utility can also initiate a phone call and enable or disable the fixed dialling features. The Sapphire Sim Function Library makes SIM card management easy with features such as Making a phone call, Adding, Updating and Deleteing a contacts to the SIM card and Enabling or disabling fixed dialling amongst other.
