The Way that the program is activated it very unclear. Most programs that I am familiar with create a Device ID based on the owner info on the pocket pc. The Device ID changed every time I did a hard reset on my pocket pc, even if the owner name,physical device, and firmware were the same as before the hard reset. So the company wont give me a new code to activate the software. They did not inform me on how many times I had to activate that device. When I asked for a code it took them a long time to reply. I had to send them a second email. If you ask me this program was a waste of 19 dollars. So I give the program two thumbs down! One Thumb for the ID algorithm and another thumb for the customer relations. I recommend Call SMS Blocker from instead of this program.
