The Cash Point is a file based software which stores all the entries in the file system. Sync these files using the ActiveSync to keep the data on both your Desktop & Handheld up-to-date and synchronized.

Password Protection

Set Password Protection for the software to restrict others from logging into the application.

With the Cash Point Software you can maintain any number of accounts in various banks along with each transaction made through or a future expense or income you are expecting.

Maintain "N" number of accounts.
Add / Modify Accounts with ease.
Set a minimum balance for each account.
(Accounts Balance shows in Red when thebalance goes below minimum balance)
Set an Icon of your choice for the account from an array of icons.

Add a Transaction for any of the Account you have.
View Transactions for a particular account or for all the accounts.
Select a date range to view the transactions between any time interval.
Print your Transactions to keep a Hard Copy of your cash flow.
Export Transactions to Excel (CSV format).

View graphical analysis of your Accounts' balance for any date range.
Analyze the Profit / Loss status of your account in a given date range.

Its always good to assign a category to your transaction to identify them apart from the transaction name.
Maintain the Categories in a Tree Kind of structure where-in you can maintain category at any kind of hierarchy.
