Anesthesia Clinical Tutor and Calculator (ACTc) Version 2.5 -Used worldwide, designed to teach and simplify the everyday calculations involved in Anesthesia Practice. Version 2.5 adds a "Snap Shot" screen where you can customize the values and drugs you might use the most. Additionally, the Adult Database is included, dose by cc's added, and Inhalational Agent information has been added. Please note, this is an educational tool and it is up to every clinician to be familiar with and review all drug information. Also note minimum dose limits have not been place for Atropine and maximum have not been place doses for Toradol, Anzemet, Zofran, and Versed (IV). By inputting simple variables: patient type, weight, NPO status, evaporative constants, and certain blood values it produces patient specific information to include: Fluid requirements (Hourly, Evaporative, NPO (HTN/Non HTN), Provides ongoing hourly total guide) Blood Transfusion (ABL, EBV, Current HCT, Customizable Starting and Ending HCT, Current HCT based on current Blood loss, Specific Transfusion guides for PRBC, WB, Platelets, FFP, Cryoprecipitate Full LAB Database Anesthesia Drug Database Malignant Hyperthermia protocols. Specific # of Vials, CCs, and Dose based on User Input , Emergent, Elective, and MH Hotline Links Drip Calculator: Customizable Drip database, Drip Calculations for mcg/MIN, mcg/hr, mcg/kg/MIN, mcg/kg/hr, mg/MIN, mg/hr, mg/kg/MIN,& mg/kg/hr.
