I never got my software via email like they said i would. Contacted Pay Pal and asked for resolution. Bunch of emails back and forth... at one point they did respond, but didn't include the software. Pay Pal decided since it wasn't a 'real' item they couln't help and suggested i try with the vendor. it's not the $15 i'm upset about... it's the horrible company service and the fact that they won't send me the product. i'd be wary of them.
